2005-2006

CDSG would like to acknowledge and congratulate one of our very own members: Nikolai Ursin. Nikolai is currently CDSG’s Treasurer and was awarded with PSU’s President Award for Community Engagement for 2005-2006.

He received this award for his ongoing pattern of community service. Nikolai has been active within the community since enrolling at PSU. He’s volunteered with Hands On Portland, the Community Alliance of Tenants and 1000 Friends of Oregon. Currently, he is working toward securing city funds for housing in Portland with the Community Development Network and their Affordable Housing NOW! Campaign.

Way to go Nikolai!!!

CDSG would like to acknowledge and congratulate one of our very own members: Brad Niles. Brad is currently one of CDSG’s Co-chairs and was awarded PSU’s University Commendation Award for the College of Urban and Public affairs, an award given to only one undergraduate student and one graduate student from each college every year.

He received this award for his devotion and dedication to the College of urban and public affairs, his on-going leadership within the student community and his exemplaray academic performance.

Way to go Brad!!!
